1. Who we are and the service. BBSolutions Digital Services, registered under CNPJ 43.212.363/0001-01, with its head office at Edifício La Terrasse, R. 428, nº 115, 15º andar, Morretes, Itapema/SC, CEP 88220-000, Brazil, offers Verax Markets, a digital information and technology product by subscription for reading the financial markets, operated as an application independent from this site. The subscription is per market, and the subscriber gets access only to the markets they signed up for. You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
2. Informational nature. All content is strictly informational and educational. Verax Markets shows supply and demand regions, indicators and market readings. It does not indicate entry points, stops, targets, position size or when to buy or sell. Nothing displayed constitutes investment advice, consulting or securities analysis under the rules of the CVM (the Brazilian Securities Commission), nor an offer to buy or sell any asset. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Risks. Crypto assets, stocks and metals are volatile and carry the risk of total loss of capital. Derivatives trading can cause losses greater than the amount invested. In every case, past results do not guarantee future results, and the indicators, estimates and probabilities shown may be wrong, delayed or unavailable. No product replaces reading official documentation or the guidance of a qualified professional.
4. Price and payment. The price of each market is the one shown on the subscription page at the time of signing up, in Brazilian reais, per month. Payment is by credit card and is processed by Asaas. Card details are entered on the Asaas page and stay with Asaas. They do not pass through our servers.
5. Subscription, renewal and cancellation. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically on the same date every month, with no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time on the My subscription screen in Verax Markets or by e-mail at [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewals, access continues until the end of the period already paid, and the confirmation arrives by e-mail.
6. Right of withdrawal. On a paid subscription, you can withdraw within 7 calendar days of signing up, without giving a reason, as provided by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Just ask by e-mail at [email protected]. We refund the amount paid in full, as a reversal on the same card, and access to that market ends with the refund. How long the reversal takes to show on your statement depends on the card issuer.
7. Free trial. Each person is entitled to one 7-day free trial on one market, only once. To apply this rule, we check the e-mail and the CPF or CNPJ entered at payment (see the privacy policy). If there has already been a trial or a subscription, the trial is refused and nothing is charged. The trial requires a credit card and nothing is charged during the 7 days. We let you know by e-mail when the trial starts and 3 days before the first charge. If it is not cancelled before day 8, the monthly subscription for the trialled market starts on that day, with the charge on the card provided and automatic monthly renewal. The 7 days of the trial correspond to the withdrawal period of article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, counted from sign-up. If cancelled during the trial, access continues until its end, with no charge.
8. Price changes. We may change the price of a market. For existing subscribers, the new amount only applies from the first renewal that takes place at least 30 days after the notice, sent by e-mail. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then at no cost, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
9. Non-payment, refunds and disputes. If a charge is not paid on its due date, access to that market is suspended and returns automatically once the payment is confirmed. If the payment is refunded, access ends. If the purchase is disputed with the card issuer, access stays suspended until the dispute is resolved.
10. Account and use. The account is personal and non-transferable, and access requires a password and a second authentication factor, which you must keep confidential. Sharing access, reselling, copying by automated means or redistributing dashboard content without written authorisation is prohibited. In such cases we may suspend or close the account, with notice by e-mail.
11. Availability. We use our best efforts to keep the service available 24/7, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and outages of external data sources may affect the service temporarily.
12. Limits of our liability. We are not liable for investment decisions made on the basis of the content, nor for losses arising from market movements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights guaranteed to the consumer by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
13. Third-party trademarks. Company, exchange, index and product names occasionally cited belong to their respective owners and are mentioned descriptively only. BBSolutions has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from these companies, except where expressly stated.
14. Customer service. Questions, requests and complaints by e-mail at [email protected]. We confirm receipt and reply within 5 days.
15. Changes to these terms. If we change these terms, the new version applies to anyone who signs up from its date. For existing subscribers, we give 30 days' notice by e-mail, and anyone who does not agree can cancel before then at no cost. Each acceptance is recorded with the version accepted, and previous versions remain published on this page.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes between us and the consumer may be brought before the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
17. Telegram alerts add-on. The Telegram alerts add-on is hired separately, on the My subscription screen in Verax Markets, for R$ 29.90 per month, added to the subscription. Only someone with an active paid plan can hire it: it is not available during the free trial. One add-on covers all the markets of the account.
When the price enters a supply or demand region of a subscribed market, the alert is sent to the Telegram linked to the account, at the hours and for the assets chosen in the Notifications menu. The alerts have the same informational nature as clause 2 and do not indicate entry, stop, target or when to buy or sell. Delivery depends on Telegram, a third-party service, and may be delayed or fail, as provided in clause 11.
Telegram is linked to the account by a single-use link, confirmed on the Verax Markets screen, and is personal like the account (clause 10). The alerts are sent with Telegram's protection against forwarding, copying and saving, and each one carries a code that identifies the account that received it. Passing on, publishing or disclosing the alerts, by screenshot or in any other way, cancels the add-on, with no refund of the amount already paid.
The add-on renews every month, with no lock-in, and can be cancelled at any time in My subscription or by the contact e-mail, with the right of withdrawal in clause 6. Cancelling the last plan cancels the add-on too. If the plan or the add-on ends, the alerts stop and come back if the subscription comes back. After 90 days stopped, the link with Telegram is deleted.
