1. The service. BBSolutions Digital Services offers Verax Markets, a digital information and technology product by subscription for reading financial markets, operated as an application independent from this site. The subscription is made per market, and the subscriber receives access only to the markets they signed up for.
2. Informational nature. All content shown is strictly informational and educational. It does not constitute investment advice, securities consulting, analysis under Brazilian securities regulation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Risks. Crypto assets, stocks and metals are volatile and carry the risk of total loss of capital. Derivatives trading can cause losses greater than the amount invested. In every case, past results do not guarantee future results, and the indicators, estimates and probabilities shown may be wrong, delayed or unavailable. No product replaces reading official documentation or the guidance of a qualified professional.
4. Subscription and cancellation. The subscription is monthly, renewed automatically, with no lock-in. It can be cancelled at any time, which stops the next renewal; access remains until the end of the paid period.
5. Account and use. The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access, reselling, copying or redistributing dashboard content without written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Availability. We use our best efforts to keep the service available 24/7, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and outages of external data sources may affect the service temporarily.
7. Third-party trademarks. Company, exchange, index and product names occasionally cited (such as Binance, Bybit, OKX, Tether, B3, S&P 500 and Nasdaq) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned descriptively only, as data sources or references. BBSolutions has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from these companies, except where expressly stated.
